The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lilawati Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Kalyan Shankar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 481 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the body of the deceased along with the weapon, which was used to kill the deceased, was found from the house of the petitioner and he has accepted to have killed the victim on account of the fact that when he entered in the house, the victim was outraging the modesty of his sister. This is an admitted fact that the body of the deceased and the weapon, which was used to kill the victim, was recovered from the house of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39425 of 2016 (3) dt.19-09-2016 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Bindu Manjhi is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of one and half years from today.
