JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State, through Video Conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 8, 15(c), 25, 29 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2020, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. In nature of allegation that commercial quantity, i.e., 4.8 kg of Opium, is alleged to have been recovered from Guru Nanak Line Hotel at Village-Gogia, Distt.- Aurangabad, which belongs to the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant bail, therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is hereby rejected.
