Versus

1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Ashok Kumar Singh 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant by causing injuries on his ear and chick. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that informant is the own uncle of the petitioner and there is case and counter case between the parties. Further petitioner has been in judicial custody since 03.06.2017.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the injuries inflicted on the person of the informant was found to be grievous in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34495 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 Having heard both sides, considering the fact and circumstances of the case and nature of injuries caused to the person of informant, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, however, impugned order shows that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after submission of charge-sheet. Hence, as directed by the court below, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after submission of charge-sheet in this case.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with above observation.
