The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No. 98/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (police personnel) received secret information on 05.05.2018 in the night that gang of vehicle lifters have assembled near a bridge with a stolen vehicle. The informant along with other police personnel raided the place of occurrence and apprehended seven miscreants including the petitioner. It has been submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Petitioner is driver of the said vehicle and that vehicle is being used for commercial purpose. There is no

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 07.05.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
