In the circumstances, there is no occasion for this Court to proceed with the contempt petition, which is, accordingly, disposed of, however, if petitioners are aggrieved by non-appointment as they could not come within the panel of 110 appointment, they may file another writ petition asserting that there are still 48 vacancies which were wrongly not advertised when advertisement notifying 110 vacancies was published.
