Although a prayer has been made by the petitioners seeking a mandamus to the authorities of the Central Bank of India for release of the amount lying in the MMDC account of the petitioner but upon attention being drawn towards First Information Report present at Annexure-A/1 as well as the seizure report forming part of Annexure-A to the counter affidavit of the Bank, I am of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4124 of 2011(9) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 opinion that the deposits being subject matter of a criminal case arising from R.C.10(A)/2010-Patna, the prayer cannot be entertained at the present stage and is disposed of accordingly.
