JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought adequate evidence on record that the name of his father is Ajay Kumar Mehta and not Vijay Kumar Mehta. He has made application with requisite fee before the Regional Officer of the CBSE but as usual, the system is since sluggish, the petitioner has been compelled to approach the High Court for a direction.

No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the CBSE. Looking the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Regional

Patna High Court CWJC No.12818 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 Officer, CBSE, Patna as well as the direction to the Central Board, Secondary Education, New Delhi to ensure that the necessary correction is made in the name of the father of the petitioner in all the certificates issued by CBSE so far in relation to the Senior School Certificate examination, 2013 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
