.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nagendra Upadhyay For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Smt. Pronati Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard.
The impugned order goes to show that the prosecution has already closed its evidence and the matter is pending for defence evidence and, therefore, it appears that the trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion. Hence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 55 of 2011 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2011 stands rejected. However, learned trial court should conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, even by taking the trial of the petitioner on day-to-day basis.
