The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.42118 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/3 As per prosecution case, when the informant was selling his wheat, in the meantime his son and daughter-in-law came there and started abusing for their share. It is further alleged that on protest made by the informant, the accused persons, who are named in the FIR started assaulting the informant, due to which he sustained injury and snatched Rs. 10,000/- from the informant's pocket.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to old dispute. They have committed no offence. Petitioners are the son and own daughter-in-law of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Members of both parties have sustained injury as alleged in separate occurrence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. They are languishing in judicial custody since 10.04.2023.
The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named

No.42118 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 3/3 petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 225 of 2022.
