The petitioner seeks bail in Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016, corresponding to Trial No. 3976 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 47, 54 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is said that from the possession of the petitioner 15 liters of country made liquor was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
