JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Excise Act.

Twenty one litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from a hut and it is alleged that the petitioner was seen fleeing from the aforesaid hut. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14-08-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47020 of 2016 (2) dt.27-10-2016 2/2 satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Saran at Chapra.
