Petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 385, 387, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded pistol and one live cartridge from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39886 of 2018(3) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
