Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The writ petition stands disposed off on the following agreed terms. In terms of the order passed dated 23.11.

2013 in the last Lok Adalat, the petitioner agrees to file a fresh representation before the authorities concerned. On behalf of the State authorities, it has been agreed that they will consider the representation in accordance with law and dispose off the same within four weeks. It has further been agreed that if any sanction order is required, the same shall be issued within two weeks thereafter and sent to the Accountant General . On behalf of the Accountant General, it is agreed that they shall issue necessary authority slip within the next two weeks. Further, the authorities agreed that actual payment shall be made to the petitioner, if so required, within the next four weeks of issuance of the authority slip by the Accountant General. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
