The petitioner seeks bail in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 93/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is father of the deceased. It is alleged that on 10.03.2015, he married his daughter Victoria Devi (deceased) with Deepak Singh son of Ram Awlesh Singh. After marriage her in-laws including the petitioner, started demand of dowry and subjected her to mental and physical torture. On 24.06. 2017 at 11.00 a.m. the informant got information that her daughter was killed. Thereafter, he went her Sasural and found her dead-body in a well. It is alleged that due to non-fulfillment of demand of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39732 of 2018 (3) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 dowry, the accused person including the petitioner killed her daughter and thrown her dead-body in a well.

It has been submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The deceased committed suicide. In the post-mortem report, cause of death has been found Asphyxia due to drowning.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S.
