The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2567 of 2017 registered for an offence under sections 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 of the D.P. Act.

The accusation against the petitioners is of torture due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

No.41736 of 2019(4) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner nos.2 and 3 are brother-in-law whereas petitioner no.4 is sister-in-law and petitioner no.5 is mother-in-law of the complainant. It is further submitted that the husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and business and having no concern with the affairs of the complainant.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the provisional bail granted to the above named petitioners vide order dated 08.07.2019, is hereby confirmed.
