Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a), 36, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is owner of the vehicle in qeustion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The driver of the vehicle has not taken the name of the petitioner. He has taken name of Raja Kumar @ Raja Kaushik. Petitioner has no concern with the seized

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
