The petitioner seeks bail in Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner caused fire-arm injury on the right hand of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case because of illicit relation of sister of the petitioner with informant. Alleged injury is on non-vital part of the body. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 32 of 2021.
