JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the mother and brother's wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 498A and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant was found unable to establish physical relationship when brother-in-law of the informant tried to establish forceful physical relationship with her and father-in-law of the informant tried to strangulate her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no specific accusation against the petitioners who are ladies.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38504 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
