Petitioners are languishing in custody in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Fifteen liters of country-made liquor was allegedly recovered from the court-yard of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2016 and they have stated on oath that they have got clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52457 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj at Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016.
