The petitioner seeks bail in Imadpur P.S. Case No. 11/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he withdrew Rs. 96,000/- from Central Co-operative Bank, Tarari and while he was going towards Bihta, three persons on a motorcycle intercepted him near village -Dharmpura and snatched Rs. 1,01,000/- from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.03.2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. The petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33044 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 is in custody since 27.06.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about thirteen months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 11/2016.
