Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner as he has already been taken into judicial custody in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 150/2020, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, 2016, Aurangabad. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
