In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 302, 201, 506/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are close relatives of the deceased who was suffering from cancer and he has died his natural death on account of the ailment itself. It appears that the deceased had executed a Will in favour of the petitioner no.1 who happens to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20993 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 wife of the elder brother of the Informant as well as the deceased and Complainant is the own brother of the deceased. It appears that the criminal case has been filed to settle the score with respect to execution of the sale deed.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, 1. Shanti Kunwar, 2. Nilu Kumar Bhagat, 3. Dhananjay Kumar and 4. Shivam Singh @ Shivam Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S.
