Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, B.P No- 333/2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2022. The petitioner is alleged of shooting informant's brother. However, he was not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has been falsely implicated.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42038 of 2022(4) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the allegation and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Chapra.
