The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.89 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the brother of the informant with iron rod causing injury to him and also misbehaved with his bhabhi as also the fact that the application for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67193 of 2018, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
