It appears from the order, dated 10.01.2017 that certain typographical errors have occurred in the cause title as well as in the order the P.S. name as Katraha has been mentioned in place of Kartaha and also the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned Bhutkum Mahto in place of Bhutkun Mahto. It further appears from the perusal of the order portion that the name of P.S. case no. has been mentioned Kartha in place of Kartaha and also the P.S. case no. 3 has been mentioned in place of P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016.
In such view of the matter, the name of the Police Station wherever wrongly typed, be read as Kartaha and the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Bhutkun Mahto, instead of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49331 of 2016 (4) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 Bhutkum Mahto. Further the P.S. case no. mentioned in the order, dated 10.01.2017 be read as 3 of 2016 instead of 143 of 2016. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U
