The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 662 of 2013 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a second attempt for anticipatory bail application after the first was rejected by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner's counsel could not appear before this Court as his licence was cancelled. In this circumstances, he submits that the petitioners was not given a hearing while dismissing the anticipatory bail application.

No.55760 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 I have considered the submissions and taking into consideration, this Court has examined the case on merits earlier and rejected the bail application which would amount to reviewing /recalling of the earlier order passed by the Court. In view thereof, in view of the bar contained under Section 362, such course cannot be adopted, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is dismissed.
