The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Galgalia Police Station Case No. 52 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act.

7.5 litres of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner, who is in custody since 20th September 2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Ganesh Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
