JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 At the very outset, learned AC to SC-19, by way of referring to averments made in the counter affidavit, submits that the relief, which was sought for in the present writ petition, has already been granted to the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to get third Dynamic ACP from 01.03.2004, as juniors to the petitioner have been granted the same relief.

The relief, which is now being sought for, was not sought for in the writ petition in specific term. Accordingly, same may not be entertained. However, liberty can be granted to approach the authority concerned.
