JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-10-2021 It appears that by order dated 22.03.2021, the anticipatory bail application as against petitioner no.2 Gauri Shankar Singh was dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 Anarkali Devi and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner no.1 apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 326, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 60 of 2020.

As per the allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR had thrown down the wife of the informant on the ground. The allegation against Bacha Singh @ Ramesh Singh is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38530 of 2020(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 that he inflicted repeatedly knife blows on the person of the informant's wife.

Learned counsel for petitioner no. 1 has submitted that there is no allegation of inflicting knife blows against this petitioner, who is a lady.

Considering the fact that allegation of inflicting knife blows is not attributed against petitioner no.1 Anarkali, let her in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.60 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
