2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is languishing in jail for near about a year for recovery of one country-made pistol and live cartridges. He has further submitted that though the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 48887 of 2024, but the fresh ground is that in all the cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, he is either on bail or has been acquitted.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42136 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 430 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
