The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 17/8/2009 passed in CWJC No.17162 of 2008. By the said order writ petition was disposed of on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner for filing representation regarding the claims of retiral dues and examine the same.
Pursuant to the order of the writ court representation was filed, and thereafter, in this case show cause and
Patna High Court MJC No.1718 of 2010 (9) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 supplementary show cause have been filed, wherein, it has been indicated that all the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still some grievances exist, which are required to be redressed.
In view of the facts and circumstances, particularly the facts disclosed in the show cause and supplementary show cause, the court is of the opinion that there is no need to further proceed with the matter.
The petition stands disposed of with indication that if still any grievance exists, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
