2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Navratan Kumar was fired at by two unknown criminals. Their faces were captured in the CCTV footage. Before shooting Navratan Kumar, they shot at one Deo Sharan Prasad.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.1.2025 and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is named in the confessional statement of co-

5. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner had provided illegal arms for committing crime and it appears that the petitioner is involved in present case as well as involved in nineteen more criminal cases.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Senior Superintendent of Police Patna is directed to examine the records of the present case as to whether the petitioner can be proceeded under the Bihar Control of Crimes Act or not.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance.
