The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kawakole P. S. Case No. 204 of 2020, dated 28.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the nature of accusation in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37994 of 2020(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 notwithstanding the fact that other accused persons of this case have been granted bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, it shall be considered on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U T
