2. Partially, orders of this Court has been complied on 29.07.2022 insofar as imposition of penalty is concerned. However, intervening period from the date of dismissal on 20.03.2014 to 31.01.2017 has not been set right and it is being

Patna High Court MJC No.1335 of 2022 dt.12-07-2024 2/2 set right. To that extent formal order has been passed and it is placed on record. In other words, physical payment is required to be made. Physical payment shall be calculated and disbursed within a week from today.

3. With the above observations, the present M.J.C./ Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive this order in the event of non-payment of difference of subsistence allowance during the period from 20.03.2014 to 31.01.2017.

4. No reasons have been assigned as to why there is a so much of delay in complying the orders of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
