2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 831 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was named in this case by one Nishant Kumar Jha who has said that the petitioner is involved in the theft of motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44604 of 2026(2) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 application of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is accused in four more cases.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and his period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024.

9. It is made clear that if the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case in future then his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
