In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 161 of 2016 registered for offences under section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
Though the petitioner is a history sheeter but the allegation has been made that he has kept 25 bottles liquor of 750 ml. of different brands.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27th July 2016. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his
