Petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased. They are being prosecuted for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation of torture levelled against the petitioners as also their son, I am not inclined to consider their request for grant of bail in the event of arrest, which is rejected. Let petitioners above named surrender in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Adapur (Nakardeyi) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 and apply for regular bail, which should be
