The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 73/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended by the people and from his possession one ladies bag was recovered.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54440 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 73/2016.
