This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in S.T. No. 601 of 2019, arising out of Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2018. Earlier, vide order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40833 of 2019, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

On last date i.e. on 10.02.2021, a report was called for from the Trial Court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'P'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is pending for evidence of prosecution. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and the stage of the trial, the bail application of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2019, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as
