The application, as prayed, is dismissed so far as the petitioner no.3, namely, Raju Mahto is concerned. The remaining two petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim (deceased) facing accusations punishable under Section 304 B of the IPC.
It is alleged that within two years of marriage she was done to death in mysterious circumstance while she was in 'Sasural'. Counsel for the petitioners states that the husband of the deceased has been privileged with regular bail on surrender by the Court below . He seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application enabling the petitioners to surrender and seek bail. As prayed, the application is permitted to be withdrawn.
