The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 322/2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,341, 342, 323, 337, 338,379, 283, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have blocked the road after an accident and damaged many vehicles. They also pelted stones. It is submitted that Ishwar Chandra Singh lodged Sadar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2015 on the death of his grand son. The villagers blocked the road peacefully but they are alleged to have damaged vehicles and pelted stones. The police lodged this case making false and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

No.38368 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that although they have been named in the FIR but no specific allegation has been made against them. It has further been submitted that they have falsely been implicated in the said case and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted the privilege of anticipatory bail to other similarly co-accused in Cr. Misc. No. 25700 of 2015 on 16.07.2015. Since the allegations are similar in nature. I do not propose to take a different view. Considering the facts and circumstances, in case of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the Court below, the above named petitioners will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 322 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
