29-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Katoriya P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/56(D) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 1476 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van and Breza car, and this petitioner is registered owner of the Breza car.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and without his knowledge or consent, his vehicle was bring used for transporting illicit liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
