JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was driver of a truck bearing Registration no. JH-10X-1654 and the informant being District Transport Officer found the aforesaid truck overloaded and also found that the documents produced by the petitioner at the time of checking were forged and fabricated. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.07.2016 and it appears that the informant only expressed suspicion regarding the genuineness of the documents produced by the petitioner at the time of checking.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
