(I) For proper enquiry with regard to sanitization/construction of toilet etc. under Lohiya Swacch Bihar Abhiyan Rural Development Department of Bihar in which large scale of paper work and illegal withdrawal of money in conspiracy embezzlement of fund by way of corrupt practice of respondent misusing the public money for their own interest for which various irregularities has made in the Aurangabad District and another places.

(II) For lodging the FIR against the culprit who has done illegal paper work and withdrawal of funds in absence of work and for they are responsible to failure the Swach Bharat Mission. Especially in the District of Aurangabad and another places.

(III) For punishment to the culprit after enquiry service of the culprit may be terminated through departmental proceeding under the service law.

(IV) For which petitioner is entitled for."

In view of letter dated 8th of December, 2020, we do not find any reason sufficient enough to interfere in the present petition, for the present petition appears to have been filed with

Patna High Court CWJC No.15897 of 2021 dt.20-09-2021 3/3 the sole purpose of gaining publicity.

As such, we dismiss the same. However, if the petitioner were to, after ascertaining the factual matrix, make a proper and detailed representation to the appropriate authority, we are sure, the authority would take action thereupon, but such representation has to be supported by cogent material. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
