The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. It is a case of recovery of only five liters of illicit liquor.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is a lady and meagre quantity of liquor has been recovered and she has not been apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
