JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 2. In the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a prayer was made for directing the respondents to enhance the age of retirement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the age has already been enhanced, but order was passed in the year 2011, after the date of retirement of the petitioner.

On perusal of the paragraph - 1 of the writ petition, it is evident that petitioner retired w.e.f. 31-07-2011, whereas, the present writ petition was filed on 08-08-2011.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
