The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the miscreants looted one truck which was loaded with articles of Hindustan Liver. The petitioner is not named in the written report. From the order of the learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, it appears that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Kumar and Manjay Kumar.
The learned A.P.P. has pointed out that co-accused Manoj Kumar and Manjay Kumar disclosed the name of this petitioner in his confessional statement. This petitioner is said to

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
