Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Only on the confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.10.2018.
