The present petition was filed by three petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, with a prayer to quash an order dated 12-08-2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahnar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014. By the said order, the learned Magistrate, after submission of charge-sheet, has passed order of cognizance for offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44468 of 2014(3) dt.08-09-2017 2/2 On going through the materials on record, particularly; the order impugned, I do not find any apparent error warranting interference.

The petition stands dismissed.
