Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.4.2016 and the investigation appears to have already been completed. The perusal of the impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
